Claims

Any claim related to the purchased products must be processed via email at [email protected] or through the personalized online assistance provided by the Customer Service team.

If the CUSTOMER is interested in filing a claim, they must first contact us through the communication channels established above and request the corresponding refund, if applicable


In the case of claims resulting in chargebacks (CBK), the CUSTOMER's account will be disabled until the process is concluded. To reactivate it, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay in advance the costs derived from the claim process.
