Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the CUSTOMER must follow these steps:

Returns and Refunds Policy
The CUSTOMER has the right to cancel the purchase before receiving the order by notifying us through the contact channels within a period not exceeding 24 hours. Products must be returned in perfect condition. The refund will be processed within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the return.

Purchase restrictions

CIEGOMONTERO reserves the right to reject or cancel for legitimate reasons any Order in which the number of products or the amount to be paid (for a single Order or for several accumulated Orders) or other elements clearly indicate that the CUSTOMER is not a consumer or proves the development by the CUSTOMER of an economic activity related to the products requested or, in general, any Unauthorized Order in accordance with the applicable legislation in the place of destination of the purchase.
The minimum amount for a purchase order is 15.00 CAD. The total amount of all orders added together cannot exceed 750.00 CAD per month per catalog.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event CIEGOMONTERO or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, due to business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if CIEGOMONTERO or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, meaning that the above limitations may not apply. In these jurisdictions, the liability of each party will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Anti-fraud control
CIEGOMONTERO maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any manifestation of fraud, as a fundamental principle to ensure a secure shopping environment for our CUSTOMER.
CIEGOMONTERO reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and delivery of an order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in case of fraud, whether consummated or attempted.
The CUSTOMER's order may be postponed for anti-fraud control. It may also be suspended for a longer period to conduct a more rigorous investigation and prevent fraudulent transactions.
The CUSTOMER and/or recipient is warned that they may be exposed to legal proceedings in the event of claims initiated due to chargebacks for fraud.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, data related to the CUSTOMER's order may be communicated to third parties authorized by law or designated by CIEGOMONTERO solely to verify the CUSTOMER's identity, as well as the validity of the order, the payment method used, and the intended delivery.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The T&Cs expressed herein shall be subject to the laws on the subject matter in force in Canada. Any dispute, agreement or mediation shall be resolved in the Canadian jurisdiction system.
Penalties
CIEGOMONTERO, its subsidiaries and directors are not, to the best of its knowledge, controlled by a person and/or entity that is currently subject to sanctions administered by the United States of America, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the Department of the Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or other relevant and validly recognized sanctioning authority.
