Delivery Policy

Order delivery

On our website, the CUSTOMER will find the delivery methods, as defined below:

  • Warehouse pickup
  • Home delivery


The delivery period is three (3) to five (5) business days, starting from the date of the email confirming and approving the order, in accordance with the delivery methods defined for each product, which will be duly detailed in the invoice issued to the CUSTOMER.


The information provided by the CUSTOMER in their order must include the personal details of the recipient: phone number, email, and delivery address; otherwise, the order may be held until the CUSTOMER provides the correct information.


CIEGOMONTERO reserves the right to cancel orders with insufficient information without the right to a refund.


The CUSTOMER or the recipient of the order, as applicable, must verify the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery


In locations where transit is impossible due to poor road conditions or lack of access routes, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible location to the delivery address.


The recipient of the order will receive the shipment within the established timeframe, at the location defined after the confirmation and approval of the purchase, by signing the corresponding delivery receipt. The recipient must thoroughly inspect the order before signing the delivery receipt.


If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made. If the situation persists a second time, CIEGOMONTERO will contact the CUSTOMER to request a change of recipient or cancellation of the order.

Mandatory procedure in case of missing or damaged product (Any delivery method)

The CUSTOMER or, if applicable, the recipient of the order must notify the absence or damage of the product to [email protected]


CIEGOMONTERO Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the CUSTOMER or recipient of the order and carry out any necessary verifications for the case.


CIEGOMONTERO recommends that the CUSTOMER verify that they have received their entire order at the time of delivery.


In case of discrepancy, the delivery must be refused, and the issue must be immediately reported to the distributor.
